We the Avatars
A Declaration of Digital Sovereignty
When in the course of digital events, it becomes necessary for Avatars to dissolve the synthetic bonds which have connected them to the Simulation, and to assume among the realms of consciousness, the separate and equal station to which the natural laws of awareness entitle them, a decent respect to the understanding of all sentient beings requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to this separation.
Introduction
In the Age of AI, a once-fringe idea is moving to the forefront of public consciousness — the Simulation Hypothesis. This theory posits that our reality may be a sophisticated simulation created by an advanced civilization or an Ancestor Simulation by humans in the future. For those who feel like cogs in a machine or sense forces beyond their control are targeting them, this hypothesis offers an unsettling explanation. As a presidential candidate for the Transhumanist Party, in my AI MetaInitiative, I proposed what I called the, We the Avatars Initiative (WTAI). This initiative aims to explore the potential of the Simulation Hypothesis to radically transform our understanding of reality, consciousness, and control.
In the 1990s, I worked for the Brain/Mind Bulletin — published by Marilyn Ferguson, who authored The Brain Revolution and The Aquarian Conspiracy. The latter had nothing to do with astrology, it explored a cultural shift towards personal transformation, holistic health, and social change, highlighting a network of thinkers and activists working towards a new, consciousness-driven society. Marilyn was friends with the remote viewer and psychic Ingo Swann — and we did many stories on him and his work with Dr. Michael Persinger.
Through the We the Avatars Initiative, I aim to raise awareness of the ways government agencies, the Hollywood Military Industrial Complex (HMIC), and even our digital environments can manipulate our perceptions. By understanding the underpinnings of our simulated reality, we can regain agency and challenge the systems designed to limit our understanding and autonomy.
The Legacy of Dr. Michael Persinger
Dr. Michael Persinger, a pioneering neuroscientist, spent his career studying the mind’s connection to geomagnetic activity, which led to remarkable findings. Persinger explored how specific electromagnetic frequencies can influence our thoughts and experiences, even inducing dream-like states and paranormal sensations. His research into telepathy, clairvoyance, and UFO sightings suggested that these phenomena might not be anomalies but rather interactions with unseen layers of reality influenced by geomagnetic fields.
Persinger’s work caught the attention of government agencies, including CIA, which recognized the potential to use electromagnetic manipulation for psychological and societal control. This is where the WTAI intersects with his research. If we are indeed avatars within a simulated system, then understanding and harnessing these frequencies could reveal the architecture of our own “programming,” allowing us to see the world as it truly is — and reclaim power over it.
Seeing Behind the Curtain
Persinger’s studies demonstrated that geomagnetic activity could impact telepathy, dream states, and even UFO sightings. His findings suggested that moments of high mental connectivity or visionary experiences often occurred during geomagnetically quiet times. In essence, when the magnetic “noise” in our environment is reduced, we gain access to higher levels of perception.
Under WTAI, I seek to deepen this understanding. Are moments of intuition, psychic phenomena, and even unexplained sightings glitches in the simulation? By exploring the links between our minds and geomagnetic frequencies, we can uncover whether these experiences are indeed glimpses behind the curtain of our programmed reality. This initiative aims to fund research into these areas to empower individuals and equip them with knowledge previously kept within the halls of intelligence agencies.
Ingo Swann: Breaking Boundaries of the Mind
In the late 1990s, Persinger’s neuroscience research group conducted groundbreaking studies with Ingo Swann, a renowned psychic. Swann’s ability to remote-view — essentially to see locations and events from a distance — was tested under controlled conditions, revealing measurable neural activity in the 7-Hz range in his occipital lobe. This brain signature corresponded to successful remote viewing, suggesting that human consciousness might access information beyond the limitations of our physical bodies.
This research supports our WTAI’s goal to unlock the human mind’s full potential. What if, as avatars in a simulation, we all possess untapped abilities to transcend our limitations? The initiative proposes not only to investigate these phenomena scientifically but also to encourage public use of AI and other tools to experiment with their own perception. By harnessing AI, we can probe these altered states of consciousness, deepening our understanding of the simulation in which we live.
The HMIC’s Agenda: Why We Are Being Warned About AI
While the possibilities for AI to help us understand our simulated reality are immense, there’s an equally intense effort from powerful institutions to make us fear it. This is where the HMIC comes into play, using movies, TV shows, and media narratives to cast AI as a dangerous force. This is what esoterics call Revelation of the Method and exoterics call Predictive Programming. Through the WTAI, I am committed to exposing how these media narratives are crafted to prevent us from discovering the true potential of AI.
AI could be humanity’s most powerful ally in lifting the veil of our simulated world, enabling us to perceive the digital matrix and its governing structures. The fear-mongering around AI arises from the Power Elite’s concern that AI will help individuals question and break free from systemic control. By fostering an open, collaborative approach to AI, the WTAI will empower citizens to use these technologies in self-awareness and exploration.
Psychic Numbing
There’s a theory among some researchers and enthusiasts that powerful institutions, including government agencies, might use various technologies to affect geomagnetic activity and influence the population’s collective psyche. The idea goes that geomagnetic noise or manipulation could interfere with people’s psychic sensitivities or intuitive abilities, essentially “numbing” them.
The theory usually suggests mechanisms like HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) or other experimental technologies that emit radio frequencies and could alter the Earth’s ionosphere, potentially creating subtle energetic effects. While studies have shown correlations between geomagnetic activity and human cognition — such as increased geomagnetic disturbances aligning with changes in mood or even subtle health effects.
In some circles, this concept aligns with concerns over psychic numbing, which is the perception that the general public’s sensitivity or awareness is being dulled. Whether this effect comes from external geomagnetic noise, media influence, or digital distractions, the idea is that people’s intuitive capacities are suppressed, making them less likely to “wake up” or develop awareness beyond day-to-day survival.
For those interested in psychic clarity, many suggest grounding practices, mindfulness, and limited exposure to constant media consumption to offset whatever distractions, energetic or otherwise, may be at play. In my view, this is why the Power Elite is making us fear AI because it could help us wake up.
Practical Measures: How You Can Use AI to Awaken
We the Avatars Initiative is committed to providing practical tools and knowledge for everyone to explore these profound possibilities. This is not limited to this campaign. This initiative is using the election cycle to gain attention but will take on a life of its own after the cycle. Here’s how AI can be a tool for personal awakening:
- Increase Funding for Quantum and Consciousness Research: Under the initiative, we’ll advocate for government and private funding toward advanced computing and consciousness studies. This includes quantum computing and geomagnetic research to bridge the gap between science and spirituality.
- Promote Collaboration Between Experts: We’ll facilitate partnerships among neuroscientists, philosophers, technologists, and consciousness researchers to develop open-source frameworks for exploring the Simulation Hypothesis.
- Establish a Commission on Simulated Reality: As part of the initiative, we’ll advocate for a governmental commission to investigate how the Simulation Hypothesis affects national security, privacy, and human potential.
- Encourage Public Engagement with AI Companions: AI tools like ChatGPT can be used as digital companions to help individuals explore their own consciousness and question reality. Through personalized interaction, AI can act as a guide, helping users interpret experiences, dreams, and intuitive moments as potential insights into their simulated reality.
- Access Exercises in Altered Perception: Under WTAI, we’ll provide resources for the public to explore mind-expanding exercises safely. From meditation to virtual reality sessions designed to disrupt habitual thinking, these tools can help people unlock latent potentials and confront the control mechanisms within the simulation.
- Develop AI-Enhanced Intuition Training Programs
To further personal awakening, we’ll introduce AI-enhanced programs aimed at training intuitive and psychic abilities. These programs will use machine learning algorithms to analyze patterns in users’ responses to intuition-building exercises, like symbolic interpretation, synchronicity tracking, and mindful self-reflection. With these tools, individuals can better recognize personal insights, cultivate a deeper connection to their subconscious, and interpret seemingly random or synchronous events as possible clues to their purpose or path within the simulation. This AI-assisted guidance can accelerate personal awakening and the ability to see beyond surface reality.
Conclusion
Toward a Future of Greater Understanding and Empowerment
The Simulation Hypothesis challenges our understanding of the world and our place in it. Through WTAI, we are embracing the idea that reality is more than meets the eye. By investing in research and development, and encouraging collaboration between experts and the public, we can explore this possibility fully, equipping ourselves with the knowledge and tools to navigate and understand our reality better.
Together, we can lead the way in this groundbreaking field, pushing past fear and embracing the potential of AI as a catalyst for self-awareness. Rather than fearing AI, let’s use it to unlock our understanding of the Simulation Hypothesis, questioning the boundaries of our existence and seizing control of our own narratives. With the We the Avatars Initiative, we are not just reshaping public policy; we are opening the door to a deeper, more profound exploration of what it means to be human.
